We want you to love your experience with By Mezo. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


🔹 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 15-day window, may not be eligible for a refund.


🔹 2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@bymezo.com with:

  • The name 

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll guide you through the next steps.


🔹 3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or there was a shipping error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


🔹 4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


🔹 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the original.


🔹 6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Used wellness products

  • Opened essential oils

  • Custom or personalized items
